9In celebration of the Leipzig Games Convention, publisher Atari sends along new screenshots and a trailer of Eden Studios' modern reimagining of the Alone in the Dark survival horror franchise. With the game due out on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, producer Nour Pollon told IGN to expect it within the fiscal year. Atari's fiscal year ends on March 31, 2008.

Damn if they'd only have the balls to use the original old guy character and lots more of the good that was in the originals.

Usually, when they precede a video with a "The following is made entirely of in-game footage" warning, I have to roll my eyes. But this time, it was definitely justified. I'm pretty sure people would have argued that half of it was composed of CGI.
