k well i hav a few questions i dont no were to get answered 1. i hav exactly 1gb of ram open i dunnon will that present a problem (requirment for halo 2 vista is 1gb) 2. i hav an ASUS 7950gt vid card is that ok i dun got that Direct X10 at least not to my knowledge will i be able to run halo 2 for vista

By the time Vista, DX 10, and Halo 2 for PC are ready to be released, I have no doubt that all the kinks will have been worked out. The real question is why there is so much hate for a game series that has provided such a great FPS experience for console gamers...the bias against Microsoft and the Xbox platform from this site and most of the people that have posted on this story is readily apparent, and quite disgusting.

Grrr, I've hated Bungie ever since they ganked the original from PC to console and made the PC market wait forever and a day. Not surprised here with how shitty the port is coming.

Considering how poorly Halo 1 performed on hardware that was way faster than what ran it's X-Box version, I can't say I'm surprised.

Why does Microsoft even bother with these half-baked Halo ports that don't come out until 3 years after the original game? And why do they hype this up as one of the Vista launch titles? They should be fucking ashamed of themselves :(
