Quake 3 Mac News

8

For all two of you looking forward to the Mac version of the Quake 3 1.32 point release, id's Graeme Devine updated his .plan about that. Right now it's running at all of 7fps under Mac OS X 10.2 so it's not ready for release quite yet. Update: looks like the performance issue has been fixed, the Mac point release should be out today.

Ah well, maybe the appreciation level around here is rising :)

I use to try to play Quake on a PC and it was all beep, beep, beep, humiliation, denied. Now on my Mac I'm all frag, frag, frag, excellent. My name is Fred Garvin and I take hallucinogenic drugs.
