Although you can play any and all Xbox One games on any Xbox One console, a growing list of publishers are signing on to optimize their titles for Microsoft's Xbox One X, which looks poised to deliver on its "most powerful console ever made" billing. Below, you'll find our list of Xbox One X Enhanced games, which we'll update as more publishers roll out patches, as well as general information on the console's price and what sets it apart from models such as the Xbox One S.
What is Xbox One X?
Xbox One X is an upgraded version of the Xbox One that Microsoft launched in November 2013. All Xbox One games are compatible with every Xbox One console, but the X offers several improvements over its predecessors.

- 4K Blu-Ray player
- Record and view clips in 4K60fps
- 40% more powerful than competing consoles
In addition to those features, the console is backwards compatible with over 300 Xbox 360 titles. Microsoft will launch Xbox One X on November 7, 2017, at a suggested retail price of $499.99. If you want an X, pre-order while you still can—supplies are going quickly.
