The Darkworks-developed game was announced at last year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, but there hasn't been much, if any news about the title since.
Ubisoft did recently clear up that Assassin's Creed producer Jade Raymond is not attached to the project in any way, after earlier reports seemed to indicate that she was.
I Am Alive will be released for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Also due out in March: Tom Clancy's HAWX (PC, PS3, X360), the PC version of Tom Clancy's EndWar, and the Wii-exclusive Tenchu: Shadow Assassins.
Developed by Ubisoft's Romania studio, HAWX was previously slated for a fall debut. The latest delay positions the upcoming air combat sim somewhere between January and March of next year.
The game joins a growing list of games delayed following E3 2008 and the seasonal quarterly financial reports, including Gearbox Software's Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway (PC, PS3, 360), EALA's Tiberium (PC, PS3, 360) and EA DICE's Battlefield Heroes (PC), among several others.

"Fat guys can't join the Air Force, so [Ace Combat 5] is about as close as you'll get," he said. "Pop in the Top Gun soundtrack and it's practically the real thing."
The ensuing war of words ensured that my introduction to fierce in-flight battles wouldn't occur for another three years, when I--with some trepidation--stumbled my way through a demonstration skirmish in Ubisoft Romania's HAWX at the company's Ubidays event. HAWX is set during 2012, a time when the world has come to depend on private military companies, with the result being the development of a global conflict.
The game is set to feature over 50 different fighters, a single-player campaign that can be played in co-op mode with 4 people total, and a 16 player Versus mode. Also look for an "Enhanced Reality System," which is described as being similar to an assist system in a racing game; more freedom and control will be available to those who disable it, at the cost of higher difficulty.
Tom Clancy's HAWX is being developed by the Blazing Angels team at Ubisoft Romania, and is set for a fall release on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
"The player will experience all the action and excitement of modern air combat, from intense dog fighting to tactical strikes," said Ubisoft Bucharest director Sebastien Delen. The game will give players the chance to be top guns in a sometime-in-the-future setting, defending America against a power-hungry group of mercenaries.
Ubisoft Bucharest's experience with the Blazing Angels series of flight combat sims makes the studio a natural choice for the project, and the game will of course support online multiplayer dogfighting. Another recent addition to the Clancy clan of games is Tom Clancy's EndWar, a real-time strategy game from Ubisoft Shanghai set to hit PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 early next year.
