New DS Lite Model Makes Mothers Green With Envy

Nintendo today unveiled the newest DS Lite colour, a zesty lime green model to be bundled with a swanky carrying case and digital cook book Personal Trainer: Cooking.

The bundle is released May 3 "which just happens to be a week before Mother's Day (hint, hint)", Nintendo tips. No shame in buying it for yourself, mind--it is very nice.

Nintendo did not specify a price, though Amazon lists the bundle at $150.

Nintendo Bringing Personal Trainer Series to US; Includes Cooking, Math and Walking Games

Nintendo announced during a press event today that the Nintendo DS Personal Trainer series will be coming to the United States, starting with cooking, math, and walking games.

A popular genre in Japan for several years, Nintendo will try to bring that success Stateside starting with Personal Trainer: Cooking, a cookbook boasting over 200 recipes from worldwide cuisines and instructional videos.
