MAG Dated for January 26

Zipper Interactive's 256-player online shooter MAG will launch on January 26, 2010, according to Sony.

Sony is promising more information on the PlayStation 3 exclusive's public beta "soon." For now, the publisher has released a new trailer:

  First people complain about the glut of games during the holiday season then people complain when they string out the releases. I wish people would make up their minds.

  If I recall correctly, Resident Evil 2 was also released in January, which was cool for me because I used some loot I got for Christmas.

  I'm sure people are either going to buy this game or not, even if it was released on Christmas or a month afterwards. COD will still mop the floor with this game as far as sales is concerned. Might as well release it on Christmas so it ends up on some kids wishlist and purchased along side of COD.
