Enterbrain President Denies DS Remodel Rumors
The president of Japanese magazine publisher Enterbrain has recanted comments that a new model of the Nintendo DS handheld would appear at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, MCV reports.
Speculation of a DS hardware revision ramped up last week when Enterbrain president Hirokazu Hamamura had reportedly claimed that a new DS model would be unveiled at this year's E3.
Enterbrain has since issued a statement offering that Hamamura never made such comments in the first place. The publisher blamed a misinterpretation of Hamamura's comments for sparking the rumor.
