2007 PlayStation Store Releases Detailed

1
The remainder of this year's PlayStation Store offerings include a number of exclusive downloadable games and new content for PlayStation 3-only titles, SCEA has announced. Sadly, SCE Studio Liverpool's Wipeout HD was not among the listed titles, suggesting it has slipped from its expected 2007 release.

By the end of 2007, the PS3's online store will feature another map pack for Insomniac's Resistance: Fall of Man, an expansion for thatgamecompany's flOw, two sets of downloadable goodies for Game Republic's Folklore, as well as two more download packs for Evolution Studios' MotorStorm.

As far as downloadable games go, the next month and 20-something days will bring with them Idol Minds' injury-laden Pain, Q Games' Tower Defense-esque PixelJunk Monsters, the Hot Wheels-reminiscent Toy Home, Snakeball, and Go! Sports Skydiving.

Other forthcoming titles include the PlayStatoin Eye-enabled Aquatopia, Mesmerize 1, Operation Creature Feature, and Trials of Topoq, as well as the Sixaxis-controlled High Velocity Bowling.

Specific pricing and release details were not provided, though Sony only updates the PlayStation Store on Thursdays.
