Your Gaming Memories, Our Sweepstakes

We would like to give everyone more of a reason to hang around so let us try something a bit different. Stop by, share your first gaming memory, then we'll take a few days and randomly pick some participants to receive a game each from the batch we're currently holding on to.

We have one game for each major system, All-Pro Football 2K8 for 360, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for PS3, Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened for PC and Carnival Games for the Wii. If you could note which of the 4 systems (PC, Wii, PS3, 360) you own, it'll make this move along faster.

My own early gaming memory is of a cocktail Pac-Man table, the kind you sit down to play, with its screen oriented vertically. I think it was in a bar, bowling alley or something like that. I did the age-old children's habit of badgering my parents for a quarter, and fell head over heels for my new paramour. The best part about those cocktail tables were two-player games; you were always directly facing your opponent, and that gave the whole thing a really personal dynamic. How about you?

Update: Chris said he kicked over a box and there were copies of Medal of Honor: Airborne on 360 and PC and NHL 2K8 on PS3, so those'll go out too. Poor box. :(
