EA Raises Kane with C&C3 Collector's Edition

Like so many other anticipated games these days, EA LA's upcoming Command & Conquer 3 will be available in a limited collector's edition format. Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars: Kane Edition will retail for $59.99, $10 above the standard edition price point, and will include a DVD featuring documentary footage and a cutscene blooper reel, five exclusive multiplayer maps, three exclusive unit skins, and five exclusive wallpapers.

Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars: Kane Edition will be available in March 2007 alongside the standard PC release. Publisher Electronic Arts did not give any indication as to whether the Xbox 360 version of the game also in development will have a similar collector's edition release.

      Yeah that is a bad call. Everything else sounds nifty, but don't add anything that affects gameplay to a collectors edition.

      so im guessing they're going to disable custom map downloading as well?
