A whole new Call of Duty: Zombies map has premiered with the Sabotage DLC. Rave in the Redwoods has you fighting zombie hordes in a 90's-themed mountain setting. Like the previous Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Zombies map, Zombies in Spaceland, you have to turn the power on in Rave in the Redwoods before you can access the various perk machines located around the map. This guide will show you exactly what you need to know in Rave in the Redwoods to get the power turned on and start accessing those valuable perks.
Turning on the Power in Rave in the Redwoods
Call of Duty Zombies: Rave in the Redwoods makes turning on the power a lot easier than it was in Zombies in Spaceland. You only have to worry about one generator switch this time around. Once that switch is thrown, the perk machines around the level will power up.
Finding the generator switch is the trick, and you're going to have to hoard points to be able to do it. However, completing this task isn't hard in solo-mode, and it's a cinch if you're playing co-op.
To get to the generator switch, you need to first proceed out of the spawn cabin and head to the barricade with the large "WARNING" sign on the front of it. You'll need 750 points to open this barrier and once you do you can enter the Thunderbird Amphitheater.
Now, head to the Adventure Course through the amphitheater. You'll know you've reached the right place when you've hit the swamp-like area.
Once you're at the Adventure Course, you'll need to find a set of rickety stairs. These stairs will take you to a broken bridge, and you can jump across it to reach the next portion of the level.
Once you've jumped the gap in the bridge, you'll be near the Recreation Area and Archery Range. You'll now need to head towards the Old Hudson Mine.
When you reach the Old Hudson Mine, you'll need 1500 points to open up the debris barricading the mine. Once you've cleared the rubble, continue inside the mine, past to Tiki statue, and down the stairs. Continue deeper into the mine, and you'll come upon the power generator switch which will turn the perk machines on around the map.
That's all there is to turning on the power in Rave in the Redwoods. Now that the power is one, you can use another of our Call of Duty: Zombies guides to learn how to get the Vlad Crossbow.
