Supergiant Games’ Bastion will be coming to Xbox One on December 12th.

The Xbox One version of Bastion is more than just a simple port as Supergiant Games re-built the game in order to make it feel native to the platform. One of the main differences between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One version is Bastion will now run at full 1080p, which the original only supported 720p. The game also has more achievements and the Stranger’s Dream DLC, which wasn’t available at Bastion’s launch.

Those who own the Xbox 360 version of Bastion will be able to pick up the Xbox One version for free until January 1, 2017. If you don’t pick it up prior to that date, or if you never purchased Bastion, the game will retail for $14.99.

Bastion has sold exceptionally well across all platforms it’s available on, which Supergiant Games reports it’s close to selling 4 million copies to date. With its upcoming launch on Xbox One, we’re sure it’ll only be a matter of time until it reaches its 4 million copies sold milestone.
