Germinator coming to PS3 on March 5, spreading to Vita later
by Steve Watts, Feb 12, 2013 2:00pm PSTThe quirky puzzle game Germinator has been given a release date on PlayStation 3. Creat Studios has announced the game will be available via download on March 5, and a little later on the Vita.
A post on the PlayStation Blog announced the date and detailed the game. The game involves matching similarly colored bubbles, which then grow until they pop. The game includes 75 Story levels, 75 Puzzle levels, an Arcade mode, and a local two-player Duel mode.
The Vita version is said to be following "in the coming weeks." The blog didn't mention a price for either version, or whether the two platforms will have cross-buy support. Best to assume not for the time being, since it will make a nice surprise if the assumption is wrong.
