X-COM: Enemy Unknown gets a healthy dose of love from the crew, and the polarizing nature of Assassin's Creed 3--particularly its opening hours--gets discussed. ME2 is one of my favorite games this generation as well, but even I can tell they tried to pander to the shooter audience with that game (combat was my least favorite thing about ME2), ripping out features from ME1 that probably should've just been improved and fixed. DA II was rushed out to capitalize on the unexpected success of Dragon Age Origins which, before ME3, was actually BioWare's most commercially successful game ever (that could be because DAO and ME3 are the only games they've launched on three platforms simultaneously, though I'd like to compare sales on Xbox 360 alone for a truer indication). Even the guys on the show observed that a producer didn't include "RPG elements" in the "tentpoles" of the ME franchise.
I'll just say this in general - BioWare needs to learn when to and when not ot listen to the fans, and just make the RPG they wan to make.
