PlayStation Store revamp now live
by Steve Watts, Nov 02, 2012 12:00pm PDTThe PlayStation Store has launched its new look today, albeit slightly later than originally planned. You can log in to get a look at the new digs, which features larger displays and various usability and categorization tweaks.
As previously reported, the now breaks down sections into a greater variety of sub-sections. Games is now divided by Featured Content and standard categories. Inside those categories are new filtering options like Game Type, Price, Play Type, and so on. You can use those filters to sort content, or use the improved Search with smarter results. So far, no plans have been announced to offer a similar update to the Vita store.
