The big selling point of cloud storage for game saves is that you no longer need to worry about them, they're just always there, happily drifting around in the skies above us. Unless you run out of space, that is, in which case you're reminded that Mother Nature still does it best. Happily, Sony has rolled out a PlayStation 3 firmware update increasing the number of clouds PlayStation Plus subscribers can fill up before their saves rain down from the skies.

The system software v4.25 system update rolled out yesterday, boosting the space for Plus members for from 150 megaclouds (megabytes, to use the computer-y term) to a whopping 1 gigacloud.

To update, head into the System Update section of the Settings menu and give it a kick.
