Sniper: Ghost Warior delayed into 2013
by Steve Watts, Jul 26, 2012 7:30am PDTSniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has been delayed again, this time slipping into next year. Namco Bandai didn't give a specific reason for the move to January 15, 2013, but moving it away from August 21 might help it avoid being stuck in the busy holiday season.
"It's key we all want this title to be fantastic in the genre and the leading Sniper game for sure," Namco Bandai UK PR director Lee Kirton told VideoGamer. "The engine is fantastic and the level of polish is also key to the title's success." The new release date is also reflected on the developer's site.
This is the second delay for the game, after it was pushed into August from its original release date of March 20. Now it's coming out nearly a year after its original plan, which we can only assume is to make the chunks of brain look more gooey.
