Report: Halo 4 Xbox 360 console coming
by Steve Watts, Jul 13, 2012 12:30pm PDTLike Halo 3 before it, Master Chief's next outing looks to be getting a special edition Xbox 360 console. A brief hiccup from Microsoft accidentally outed a Halo 4 console, which features a custom paint job and sounds.
The listing has been pulled, but IGN reports that the bundle includes a 320GB system, two wireless controllers with Halo designs and LED lights, and a black headset. It will also come with some exclusive downloadable content, including an armor skin, weapon skin, an emblem, Avatar armor and a prop. The listing priced it at $399.99.
A Microsoft rep told Eurogamer: "Following the trailer reveal of Forward Unto Dawn at San Diego Comic Con this week, we will have more Halo 4 news to share over the coming days."
The console is likely to launch alongside the game on November 6.
