SiNG music game announced for Wii U
by Steve Watts, Jun 05, 2012 3:30pm PDTNintendo announced a music game as part of its E3 press briefing, in development under the working title SiNG. The game has one player act as the main performer while the others follow on-screen prompts to dance, sing, and clap. The game is being developed by FreeStyleGames.
In "Party" mode, the lead singer uses the Wii U controller to receive cues so they can face the audience. In "Sing" mode, the game evaluates your vocal performance. The controller can also be used as an audio mixer and to create a playlist. It's due this holiday season, which puts it squarely in the Wii U launch window.
