Assassin's Creed 3 getting PS3-exclusive missions
by Steve Watts, Jun 05, 2012 7:00am PDTJust in case you haven't picked which platform on which to slaughter Redcoats, Sony is making a strong case for itself. The company announced today that Assassin's Creed 3 will feature four exclusive single-player missions on its platform, available as downloads at launch.
This exclusive downloadable content was mentioned casually yesterday, but the PlayStation Blog gave more information on when and how much. This is similar to the Copernicus Conspiracy content exclusive to the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and that content is still only available on PS3.
Sony also showed off Assassin's Creed III: Liberation for the Vita at yesterday's conference, promising unlockables in for owning both games. It seems like if you're an assassin who simply must have all of the available baubles, PS3 is the way to go.
