In the Deep Ocean add-on, the Tech faction welcomes a 'Genius' population class, who open up new production chains, goods to consume, vehicles, items, and more. Those handy geniiouses! You'll find a new more details on them and other new features in the announcement.
There's no word on how much it'll cost but, for reference, Anno 1404's Venice expansion cost $20.
