Risen 2: Dark Waters faces console delay
by John Keefer, Apr 20, 2012 8:00am PDTYe be waitin' for the bounty offered in the scurvy sequel to Risen? If ye own a console, then you'll be havin' to wait a bit longer, matey. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Risen 2: Dark Waters have been delayed until the end of July.
A Facebook post by the Risen team revealed the news, saying the PC version is still on course for an April 27 release, but the console versions will hit shelves on July 31 (Aug. 3 in Europe).
Publisher Piranha Bytes has already offered free DLC for pre-ordering the game, expanding on a storyline from the original.
