Ni no Kuni delayed until Q1 2013
by John Keefer, Apr 12, 2012 11:00am PDTStudio Ghilbi's intricately animated Japanese RPG Ni no Kuni has been scheduled to make a North American and European appearance with the help of accomplished developer Level 5. The question has always been when. Two months ago, the release was delayed to winter 2012. Now, it has been pushed back even further.
At Namco Bandai's Global Gamer Day, it was announced that the North American and European localized versions would be released at the same time, but in Q1 2013. We are disappointed, as Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was one of our anticipated games for this year.
But we aren't totally without hope, as we get to look at the new English trailer, showing Oliver bringing his prized stuffed animal to life with the tears over the loss of his mother. Dig the lantern nose-ring.
