Original Fallout free this weekend on GOG
by John Keefer, Apr 06, 2012 7:15am PDTThere has been a resurrection of classic RPGs lately, with Baldur's Gate, Wasteland and Shadowrun all in the news. If this nostalgia is making you hungry for more, GOG has a great deal for you this weekend.
The 1997 classic Fallout is available for free from GOG's online store until 11:59 p.m. GMT on April 8. It usually sells for $5.99.
Although GOG recently changed its name to reflect a new retail model of offering newer games, it's nice to see they still cater to us good old gamers.

Err, I mean, this is an excellent opportunity for everyone to play Fallout, even if you had not tried it before.
