Weekend Confirmed 100 - PlayStation Vita, DICE, Reckoning
by Garnett Lee, Feb 17, 2012 11:00am PSTWeekend Confirmed serves up its epic 100th episode with Jeff and Garnett joined by Jeff Mattas, Ariel Angelotti, and Andrea Rene. The celebration includes your listener greetings, a look back at some of the origins and good times from the first century of Weekend Confirmed, and, of course cake and beer. There's a whole lot more to get to as well. The PlayStation Vita started arriving outside Japan and we take a good look at the retail hardware, the user experience, and a couple of the launch games like Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Lumines Electronic Symphony. Jeff and Garnett both talk about the fun they're having in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, but square off when it comes down to how good the game is. There's even a philosophical discussion on the convergence of physical and virtual economies as relates to intellectual property. All that and more before it all wraps up in Finishing Moves.

The system is ugly as sin anyone who thinks it's sexy has obviously been masterbating to the sears catalog, and never seen a vickys secret in their life. It's just large both width length and bulk.
The UI really not a big deal it's not bad that whole swipe thing it's just a screen lock so you don't accidentally open the system from your bag or pocket. PS button works like consoles in a game it just brings you home.
Annoying in set up asking do you want a profile on this console. Ok, you need to system update, and that endless question until you just say no I don't want my profile set up.
Regular khaki pants dockers, 2 pockets in the back 2 in the front. Guess what the system fits in your pocket just fine. So unless your 12 or a midget(no offense) it fits in your pocket just fine!!!
Best part of the system so far. It holds a giant middle finger up to the sun and it's light:) seriously not many screens do that at all. Really nice:)
