Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker packs 4-player co-op in HD Collection
by Alice O'Connor, Sep 05, 2011 7:10am PDTFour-player online co-op will be supported by the jazzed-up version of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker in the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, series creator Hideo Kojima has revealed.
It'll run at 60fps over Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network, Kojima explained in a pair of messages on Twitter. The original PSP edition of Peace Walker only supported two-player co-op.
Kojima also revealed, "During load, characters' dialogues pop up at random," as you can catch a glimpse of in the photo below.
Exactly what is included in the MGS HD Collection varies by region, but basically you're getting some form of MGS2 and MGS3, along with Peace Walker. It's slated to launch in November.
