Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword gold controller bundle announced
by Andrew Yoon, Aug 29, 2011 9:30am PDTThe Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is one of the last truly big games coming to the Wii. It's also one of the few games on the console that makes Wii MotionPlus use mandatory. If you don't have an enhanced controller yet, or if you simply want to get something shiny and limited edition, Nintendo has something for you. A special bundle will launch simultaneously with the game on November 20th, one that includes a gold Wii Remote Plus controller.
First-run copies of both the regular and special editions of Skyward Sword will also include a music CD featuring select arragements from the Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert.
The gold controller will be exclusive to the bundle (meaning you won't be able to buy it separately), and will be available for $69.99. A standard Wii Remote Plus retails for $39.99, making the $20 mark-up for the bundle quite a deal.
