Black Ops 'Escalation' DLC coming to PS3 June 10
by Andrew Yoon, Jun 03, 2011 4:30pm PDTActivision's exclusivity deal with Microsoft means that all Call of Duty DLC packs debut exclusively on Xbox Live. The wait for the latest Black Ops map pack, Escalation, is over for PC players. PS3 owners have to wait just one week longer for the download, which will be available on June 10.
The $14.99 entry fee adds four multiplayer maps: Hotel, Convey, Zoo and Stockpile and a new zombie level, "Call of the Dead." The undead shooting gallery features some big-name talent, including George Romero, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Danny Trejo. (Trailer is embedded below.)
And, as usual, there will be a double XP weekend to coincide with the release of the DLC next week.
