BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 due in May
by Alice O'Connor, Apr 18, 2011 6:00am PDTFight fans, rejoice! Arc System Works' BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 will be released for Nintendo 3DS and PSP on May 31, publisher Aksys Games has announced.
Continuum Shift 2 is an "enhanced" port of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, which was released last year for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. As well as all the characters and single-player modes from the original, it boasts ad-hoc multiplayer with spectators, new modes, the three characters released as downloadable content, and tweaks to the fighting mechanics and balance.
There's apparently quite an audience for fighting games on the 3DS, as Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition was the best-selling game in the new handheld's launch week.
