Rock Band 3 DLC: Tommy Tutone, Ohio Players, and Relient K
by Steve Watts, Apr 15, 2011 10:30am PDTRock Band 3 is debuting three new bands next week, alongside singles from established Rock Band veterans, Harmonix has announced. The 80s band Tommy Tutone will hit with 861-5309/Jenny, otherwise known as "the catchy song that was the bane of anyone who actually had that phone number." This is the re-recorded 2010 version for Tutone-Ality. Meanwhile Reliant K will make its debut with 2007's "Must Have Done Something Right," and The Ohio Players will premiere with the 70s singles "Fire" and "Love Rollercoaster."
Anberlin will get another song added to the catalog with "Breaking," and Mastodon will have "Blood and Thunder" added to its list of available tracks.
Each song will cost $1.99 individually on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, or $2 on Wii. Tracks marked with an X include Pro Guitar and Pro Bass for an additional 99 cents per song. They'll be available on April 19.
