Microsoft revealed that Twisted Pixel's first Kinect-enabled effort, The Gunstringer, will come to the Xbox Live Arcade and not to retail. The new detail on the motion-controlled title was announced in a blog post from Xbox Live's director of programming Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb.
The Gunstringer follows a skeleton, marionette out for revenge in a colorful world, using Xbox 360's Kinect to control the action.

Other than a number of screenshots and a teaser trailer, little is known about the title; however, when it was first Twisted Pixel's Dan Teasdale [formerly of Harmonix] noted: "You can play it sitting down, which is great if you just want to play and relax rather than burn crazy calories. Most importantly, you can aim and move with precision not seen in any of the Kinect launch titles, and with a speed and feel that's just not possible with a traditional controller."
