It's important to note that we're not just going to change everything around here and walk away. NewShackCity is going to see things added and made even better over time. When the new site goes live, poke around and let us know what you think.

Bought my first android phone (Atrix) after using iphones for past few years. I just disabled flash in the browser because it was slowing shit down. Does this mean I should be going back to iOS?

      thats stupid. not that 2.3 magically makes it a bazillion times better, but theres enough in it to say its really retarded to ship a phone like the atrix with anything less. these hardware manufacturers need to get on the ball about pushing their stuff with the latest/greatest and then support the damn thing. carriers are fucking this all up otherwise :(
      
      i still think google needs to just run a reference line (nexus s is not this, the n1 was at its launch though), maintain its build and always have a top of the line hardware platform ready to go. if nothing else it will provide the benchmark and shame the other guys into keeping up.
