Dragon Age: Redemption Web Series Launches Summer 2011
by Xav de Matos, Feb 17, 2011 4:15pm PSTYesterday we learned that the scope of EA's Dragon Age 2 marketing machine has now set its sights on a six-part web series, featuring The Guild creator and star Felicia Day. In a brief teaser trailer, the publishing giant revealed the series, Dragon Age: Redemption, will arrive sometime this summer.
Last night, Day appeared on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" to promote the project, revealing she has been in training to perfect the moves of her character. In the series, Day plays a sarcastic elf known as Tallis who has a proclivity for assassinations.
It's unclear what connection the series has to Dragon Age 2 other than existing within the same universe as the game with every nerd's favorite actress. Dragon Age 2 hits the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 on March 8.
