Deus Ex: Human Revolution Media Is Jolly Nice
by Alice O'Connor, Feb 03, 2011 10:00am PSTNew Deus Ex: Human Revolution screenshots and a trailer have arrived, offering a look at the opening sections of Eidos Montreal's prequel to the hallowed RPG created by Ion Storm.
In short, it's looking nice, very nice. I'm happier than ever to have named it one of my most-anticipated games of 2011.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is scheduled for release on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 some time this year. The game was once due to launch before April but ended up delayed to allow time for "further polish."

dont get me wrong i like a wide variety of games ( but not cute stuff or retro anymore lol) especially action and shooters, but i also like slow paced rts's or realtime/turnbased hybrids and rpgs etc too. the story for me is probably the most important thing in a game. ive lost count of the times ive finished a game and couldnt remember a thing about it, like i finished the latest COD in sp at a friends house on the xbox and i didnt have a fucking clue what any of the characters i was playing were called lol. it just didnt even matter, that made me think of the evocativeness in most games these days and a lot of them dont even make me think, at all. thats what i miss most , i guess its because ive played so many and without some massive changes i cant see that being different any time soon. which makes me all sad inside :(
i guess i just want all of my favourite gaming moments and memories rolled into that one mythical future game that places next to no constraints on the player whilst delivering unparalled awesomeness and delivers a novel but interactive free form adventure thing.
is that too much to ask......oh. ah well so much for being more optomistic. humbugs for everyone!
