King Arthur - The Role-playing Wargame Sequel Announced
by Alice O'Connor, Jan 14, 2011 6:00pm PSTNeocore Games today announced a sequel to its 2009 PC RTS-RPG hybrid King Arthur - The Role-playing Wargame, imaginatively titled King Arthur II.
"More heroic, large scale battles with bigger armies" and "intense boss fights" are promised as Artie struggles to save a ruined Britannia. There'll also be "a new wide range of camera control options, revised animations and an extensive tutorial."
"We have every intention of testing the limits in the sequel," said producer Zoltán Pozsonyi. "With an extraordinary new plot and insane new battles, our community's expectations will be blown away." There you have it.
Rather than self-publishing again, Neocore has joined forces with publisher Paradox Interactive this time. There's no word yet on when the game will launch.
