Atom Zombie Smasher Launching This Month
by Alice O'Connor, Jan 10, 2011 1:00pm PSTBlendo Games, the indie developer behind Flotilla, announced today that its zombie apocalypse "tactical strategy" game Atom Zombie Smasher will be released for download on January 24, hitting PC, Mac and Linux. The price remains a mystery.
Atom Zombie Smasher will have players rescuing, recruiting, researching, razing, evacuating and nuking from orbit--oh yes!--to repel the famous procedurally-generated zombie apocalypse of 1961. Splendidly, it'll pack co-op support for up to three players.
Blendo's Flotilla has scored a pair of honourable mentions in the final round of the IGF.
