  I haven't fired up FONV yet, so I'm not sure that's all correct. Having said that, if it is, then yeah, that's pretty odd. The original Fallouts let you play after completion, just about all of Bethesda's games before FO3 allow you to continue after the main quest--just odd if that's not the case here.
