Four New First-Person Shooters in the Works at Sniper Developer City Interactive
by Jeff Mattas, Dec 07, 2010 2:20pm PSTAs though simultaneously developing three games didn't pose enough of a challenge, the developers behind Sniper: Ghost Warrior have announced that they're working on yet another first-person shooter, bringing the studio's tally of in-progress shooters to four (via Eurogamer).
Nothing much is known about the game, other than the facts that City Interactive's most recently announced title will utilize the Unreal Engine 3 and is due out next year.
City Interactive's three other FPS projects include two games using the CRYTEK engine, and a new WWII-themed shooter helmed by Stuart Black, who joined the studio earlier in the month.

With their Joint Ops engine they could've done a persistent world game.
Joint Ops was a lot of fun in its day. Too bad they just kept milking it and not reinvest in a bigger and better version.
