Pac-Man Championship Edition DX Trailer and Screens Make Us Wish Time Travel Were Possible
by Xav de Matos, Nov 03, 2010 10:00am PDTThis fall, Namco Bandai is supercharging the world of Pac-Man for the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, the sequel to Pac-Man's 2007 high-def revamp, throws more maps, modes, and other features at modern gamers looking to take a trip through time.
Sadly, "this fall" does not mean "now." Meaning we all have to wait a little longer for Pac-Man to take another "hypnotic neon" bite out of our hearts.
Although the possibilities are slim, we'd ask anyone with the capability to allow us to travel through time to play Nacmo Bandai's latest right away. As "old" as the character and gameplay style is, we just can't get enough of this decade's take on Pac-Man.
Also, while we're there, we'll make sure to jot down some lottery numbers. Games aren't cheap, you know?
