Some judges appear to favor California state's position, others don't, and some aren't showing their cards just yet.
It's going to be a long process and we plan to follow it all very closely.

I was in such a rush to start playing SC2 single player when it came out that I ignored the warning messages and just typed in my first name. I've been Thomas online ever since. I usually go with either Alteredfrenzy or Frenziedbadger. I'm seriously considering changing to one of the two, but the whole "you must pay us to ever change your name again" crap makes me hesitate.
