Morning Discussion
by Xav de Matos, Nov 03, 2010 5:00am PDTThe battle between Schwarzenegger and the EMA/ESA kicked off yesterday. According to some reports, the pendulum is not swinging in either notable direction. Some judges appear to favor California state's position, others don't, and some aren't showing their cards just yet.
It's going to be a long process and we plan to follow it all very closely.

I can't take these FPS drops anymore!
Having fiddled with alternative dlls and other things on Nexus, conclusion is I need a new CPU. I think it is bottlenecking my Mojave mojo. My GFX is nowhere near maxed out (in settings or load).
CPU: E5300 OC @ 3.46G
GFX: ATI 4850, aftermarker cooler
Win7 64bit, 2gig mem (tried borrowing an extra 2, made 0 difference to FNV)
So advice me up please Shackers! Should I get like a Q9400 or sommat? I want it to be silky and post excitedly on the FNV threads..
