World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Cinematic Intro Revealed
by Alice O'Connor, Oct 18, 2010 5:40am PDTThe dastardly dragon Deathwing rises in the intro cinematic for World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, released this past weekend, enjoying a whistlestop tour of Azeroth to spread death and destruction. As all Blizzard cinematics are, it's exceedingly pretty.
Cataclysm is due to be released on December 7 for $40, the third expansion pack for Blizzard's fantasy MMORPG which now boasts over 12 million "subscribers."

This was good but I agree it wasn't as epic as Lich was.. perhaps it will be longer on release day..
One thing I noticed was the voice acting.. was really good. Hopefully they improved upon it in this new expansion as the previous voice acting was pretty laughable. (like at the end of the death knight intro)
I still don't know why certain people put down wow. I've played alot of MMOs and always go back to WOW just because its got a great universe with an excellent structure. Will be interesting to see how the new star wars mmo turns out.

Then, it comes out of the cave and basically moves as fast as an F-16, only with an atomic-powered flamethrower, amazing avionics, and invincible armor. "Oh, that's why they were scared."
