The latest trailers for Ubisoft's upcoming spinoff, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, feature three characters--the Officer, Thief, and Harlequin--available for use in the game's multiplayer mode. Or if you've got your heart set on a previously revealed character, today's three hunters represent the latest set of deadly adversaries that stand between you and your prey.

Although each character has its own unique flair, NPCs will share the same visual styles giving you an opportunity to make an unsuspected strike. Once blood is spilled and those bladed fists start flying, you'll need to blend back in. Make sure to head past the break to see the Officer and Thief in action.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood launches on the Xbox 360 and PS3 on November 19, 2010. A PC version is expected in 2011.

not clicking. media blackout requested. super excited for couch time for this game. I've already seen too much.

I'm still so proud of my villa and my hot loots from completing all the tombs. ^_^

AC2 was fucking awesome.

  The tombs were a lot of fun. The secret Templar locations in the DLC were good too. Really looking forward to Brotherhood. The MP is ok, but MP was never a really big draw for me on any game.
