  One of my coworkers fell for one of these scams, but for a TV.
  
  They were in a gas station getting gas when this guy approaches them and starts to tell them his story about how he bought a flat screen TV and how he can't return it back to the store, blah blah blah, anyways, he pulls it out of the trunk of the car and yeah, it looks like a brand new flat screen TV wrapped in bubble wrap, so they decided to buy it and take it home, well, it turns out if was a piece of plywood with a bunch of over-size photos of a flat TV glued to the side, back and front.
