        The most well known issue that I've heard of is that you'll need an oil cooler if you want to do track days or canyon running in the heat. Without one the oil temp can get too high and the car will go into limp mode for a while (it won't rev past something like 2500). I've driven my 370Z pretty hard and I've never gotten close to the numbers that would put it into limp mode, but I bought it at the end of summer so I didn't run it in the hottest weather.
        
        Other than that, people complain that the gearbox is noisy / clunky going into 2nd. They also complain about the road noise... if the road isn't clean it will kick all sorts of debris into the rear wells and it's pretty loud, and on rough surfaces you can hear the tires against the road quite clearly.
        
        Personally, I love mine. It's a great looking car ( http://www.shackpics.com/files/zedsled_leftJPG_oo4k83bg3fjawb7yfxw6.jpg ), it has a decent amount of power and great handling. It's a Nissan so you won't get completely raped by the service department.
