    Everyone who has a mini cooper s seems to really like it. I have a mazda 3 from 2004 and it was pretty good then for the money. Today I would probably buy a certified used BMW M3 today if I had to buy a new car. The m3 might need more work than you want to deal with though. I would get something either RWD or AWD and stay away from FWD. I sort of fantasize about getting a used Ferrari Modena 360 but the insurance cost, gas, and maintenance just push it way out of my budget even if I could save enough to buy one :( Oh well.
    
    Those new Mustang Boss cars might be good. As I understand it they have much better handling than the shitty stock GTs.
    
    The infinity G7s look interesting. The WRX seems like an interesting buy but they are ugly as sin.
    
    Also I want a Ford GT :(
