A new Crossfit gym is opening up like .5 miles from my place. They have an introductory (but lifetime) price for the first 130 new members which is $125 a month for unlimited workouts.
Is that a good price? For those that have actually joined a Crossfit gym was it worth it?

If your job is performing with your body, then high-end coaches would be your 'tools of trade'.
That is NOT what crossfit represents at all.
