ArcaniA: Gothic 4 Demo Hitting PC, Xbox 360 Later This Month
by Alice O'Connor, Sep 09, 2010 5:46am PDTAn ArcaniA: Gothic 4 demo will be released for PC and Xbox 360 on September 24, publisher JoWooD has announced, giving a taste of developer Spellbound Entertainment's first entry in the fantasy RPG series created by Piranha Bytes.
The demo, which was playable at Gamescom this year, will offer players "the first two hours of the game." This includes the tutorial level as well as "selected quests."
Gothic 4 is scheduled for release on PC and Xbox 360 on October 12. The PlayStation 3 edition has been delayed until the first half of 2011 to ensure PS3 players will, JoWooD says, "experience the same, high quality product as Xbox 360 and PC customers."
