by Xav de Matos, Aug 31, 2010 10:40am PDTIf you're looking for more reason to wreak havoc on an already decimated Pacific City, we have good news. Previously detailed free and premium "Toy Box" downloadable content for Crackdown 2 is set to launch on September 2.
All owners of Crackdown 2 will be granted free access to the "Keys to the City" mode, allowing players to spawn weapons, objects and vehicles to their hearts content. The free content also included a new "Thruster" ability and a "Vehicle Tag" multiplayer mode.
Agents who decide they want a little extra content in their "Toy Box" can throw down 560 Microsoft Points ($7) for bonus items. The premium content adds two vehicles and five new weapons to the experiencee as well as new Avatar items and 10 additional Achievements.

Comments
They dropped the ball in not getting the content out faster, especially given that the first game had the exact same free content and the relative brevity of Crackdown 2.
It was short in SP and insanely short in co-op, even on the hardest difficulty.
I still want to like the game, but unless the new paid DLC adds a large amount of content, I'm inclined to pass.
